In this mode we focus on what interventions the supervisee made in working with their clients, how and why these are made and interventions the supervisee would rather have made. Typical questions are: what interventions were made? What were your reasons for making them? Where were these interventions intended to lead? How were they made and when, and also, what do you want to do with this client now?
